Blogs I choose to follow
Monday, October 11, 2010Perhaps a good way for you to get an idea of where I am coming from is to share a list of just some of the blogs that I follow...
This first blog I found a few years ago when I set up World of Joy (it's taken me a while to get myself into gear!) I couldn't remember the URL so so using Google I found Oh Joy! and have I been a frequent visitor ever since. Its a feast for the eyes, focusing on home accessories, textiles, and fashion. Founder and editor Joy Deangdeelert Cho's taste is flawless!

It was due to Oh Joy! that I found this next blog. It is more of a shop/blog but I'm hooked all the same. Within minutes of being on the site I'd made my first purchase (and will be back for more).

A Friend to Knit With I discovered during my first tentative steps into blogging, at the same time I was teaching myself to knit. The photographs posted are divine - life seems to be a constant round of knitting, beaches and baking. A dream life, no?

Enjoyable, spontaneous ramblings from a girl in love with her life.

Regular (as in frequent, not ordinary - just to clarify) fashion and style. Delicious.

Really Ree has me hankering after her recent purchase from Matalan, and blogs on fashion and attempts a stylish life. She appears to be succeeding...

Forty Not Out. Entertaining and stylish and has recently launched The Online Stylist (a genius idea). I enjoy the regular Wardrobe Watch, Meh ...or yeah? and her weekend links.

Give and Make Up. We all hoard too many cosmetics and toiletries, this is the perfect solution. Get involved.

Cute, funny and articulate, I highly recommend her sometimes helpful, sometimes curious Tuesday Tips.

Not being a mother makes this one a little odd for me to be following but having met Leanne at the very beginning of her pregnancy I'm now supporting her on in her quest! She also writes another blog too - I don't know finds the time!

And a recently recommended follow, 17 year old Louise...

No doubt this list will grow as I fall further into the world of blogging (I always said I would never tweet but have abandoned my FB friends to the constant flow of Twitter). Now blogging has taken hold. Will they ever see me again?
