8am
And the day begins.
9am
A random selection of items destined for eBay.
10am
More tea required. I'm still listing random bits and pieces on eBay. I have too much crap (crap that I hope others will like enough to buy!).
11am
I've selected some items for a small #Instasale I’ve decided to have. Which nicely illustrates how I’ll be spending the next hour of my day.
12 noon.
Just taking a few minutes to read before lunch. Andy will be home for lunch in half an hour.
1pm
Tea in the greenhouse, tomatoes need to be re-potted. My brother said he'd give a few of his. He turned up with ten small plants, and we already had three... I don't even like tomatoes.
2pm
I’ve been sat looking at this for a while. It’s a shoe rack in my wardrobe, I’ve removed all the shoes so that I can take it downstairs and paint it white. Can’t be bothered though. Maybe tomorrow?
3pm
Time to sit and do nothing for a while. I feel the need for a bit of relaxation.
4pm
Short intermission to make a hot chocolate. Film is OK, mindlessly entertaining, doesn't require too much thought, perfect for my currents needs.
5pm on the dot and she wants to know where her food is. You could set your watch by my cats and their tummies.
6pm
I’m cooking, he’s hoping there will be cheese (there isn’t).
7pm
This little guy needs arms and legs and the paws are just for cuteness. Andy is home and we're watching Studio 60 on DVD.
I hope you had a lovely weekend. Thanks to Jane and Louisa for hosting #PhotoAnHour.

Test, because something weird is going on
ReplyDeletebut home grown tomatoes are irresistible! I have 3 plants in the greenhouse and about 7 at the allotment which is too many but I feel bad if I don't plant them all. I gave away 4...
ReplyDeleteI don't like them 'as they come'. I like using them in cooking and in sauces but raw? Yuck! I feel the need to grow them all too, despite the fact we'll have far too many!
DeleteThanks for commenting, I'm glad you did as something odd is going on with links, and I don't have the time to look into right now... but at least I now know commenting is still possible.
xx
Seeing that crazy cat lady mug always manages to put a smile on my face ;-) I hope you were able to sell some of your "crap". I will be selling all sorts at a flea market the week after we're back from the UK. I was nodding when I saw your reply to Sophie: so glad I'm not the only one who's not a fan of raw tomatoes! xxx
ReplyDeleteThat mug was a birthday gift from my brother. He knows me well :)
DeleteI have sold a few bits of crap, with bids still coming in, I just need to keep listing things and the pile will eventually disappear!
I'd like to like raw tomatoes but I just can't, I don't like the smell and the pips are revolting!
xx
I'm with Sophie, home grown tomatoes are the best!
ReplyDeleteThat was a productive day what with listing and selling your unwanted stuff. Love seeing the cats! x
Nope. No, they're not the best. No.
DeleteIt was a productive day, even if I did ignore painting the shoe shelf.
xx
I absolutely love your mug!
ReplyDeleteYou need one of these Laura!

Isn't it a nice feeling to get some things loaded on to EBay, I have been doing the same. If nobody wants them its off to the charity shop with them but it's so nice to create space and recycle. Your little cat is so pretty.
ReplyDeleteIt feels SO good! and things are selling which is nice. I still have a lot more to list but I've go the bug now...
DeleteTinker is a sweetheart, and she is quite little too... big enough to keep stealing my office chair though!
xx
Thank you for taking the time to comment x
